What We’ve Been Up To…

Here’s a list of everything we have accomplished since the last newsletter: 

  • Submitted the Articles of Agreement to the Secretary of State in New Hampshire to begin our establishment as a nonprofit; 

  • Bought a registered agent (NH and Maine states legal requirements);

  • Completed pre-registration with the New Hampshire CTU; 

  • Bought a website domain;

  • Began building our website (Coming Soon!); 

  • Hired FIVE new board members; 

  • Started narrowing down duties and responsibilities for each board member; 

  • Started event planning for the end of the year;

  • And began building on a Crowdfunder (See below!).
